Graham BoschLocally-owned Press Coffee opened its聽new flagship location, The Roastery,聽located at 32nd Street and Shea Boulevard in Phoenix.聽The Roastery is the company鈥檚 new retail and coffee-roasting hub, offering plenty of space for patrons to eat, drink, shop and learn about coffee. Aside from the enormous roasters in the back and an upstairs mezzanine for Coffee 101 classes, the shop聽also offers an array of聽locally-sourced beer, wine, cocktails and snacks.
